I’m Julie — a business coach building a company while raising a toddler and calling bullshit on the startup circus. I’ve worked across 30+ industries in 25+ countries (mostly outside of Europe) so I see patterns others might miss.

I worked with Fortune100 CEO's, to grassroots NGOs, to deeptech startups, to university labs, to stubborn B2B SAAS founders who’ve outgrown their original idea. I’ve helped mission-driven researchers land their first clients, guided overstretched founders to repeatable revenue, and led messy pivots that stuck.

I don’t sell hustle. I sell clarity, traction, and breathing room I see myself not as an accelerator, chasing hustle nownownow, but as a 'decelerator': I take a step back, to help you make that long-term leap forward.
